Who Dey Ween

Last week, Jack enjoyed his first Halloween as a Bengal Tiger…surprised? We didn’t trick-or-treat for fear that Jack would get sick in the cold, wet weather so we stayed in and handed out candy to all the brave kids. Matt, unfortunately had to work until the end of trick-or-treating so Jack and I made it a date night. Jack was so excited about all the kids coming to the door and would wave at every single one of them and tap his feet on the hardwood floor while sitting in his walker.

After a visit from Grandma, MawMaw and GrandDave, we made it to the end of our candy giveaway and headed out to get Matt from work. Jack quickly fell asleep in the car seat but Matt still had the chance to see his little tiger still in costume.

Next year, Jack’s costume will have to involve a mask so we can go collect some candy and still stay healthy. It just can’t be a patient since those hospital gowns are NOT warm. Just seeing his excitement with no involvement, I know he will love Halloween as much as I do.
